I know, this is probably a stupid question....but are all MLS listings on Realtor.com?

Not stupid at all!

Most MLS's have sent their listings to REALTOR.com but I believe the NWMLS and some have either refused and/or withdrawn... anyone else have more information?

I think they pull all listings and one photo. If the photo is not up when the data is pulled you will not have one unless you jump through a lot of hoops to get them to repull the listing.

And for an exorbitant fee you can put up additional photos yourself.

Interesting. I'd love more information about what other MLS's are not currently sending their listings to REALTOR.com (and the reason behind their decision).

UPDATE: I just found this website that talks about NWMLS's decision to remove their listings from REALTOR.com. I found it helpful. Hopefully, others will too.

Don't for get there are also private MLS systems that would not be on realtor dot com.
