What is the procedure for downloading all my contacts into a CSV file?

- How is the weather down there in naples?Just took a look at your system, normally you would login, click on "mailing list" and then in the list of hyperlinks at the top of the page, there is a "Download CSV backup" - I tried to test yours, and it downloaded a CSV fine, but there was a bunch of html in there (It is borked as we say) (Think it may be due to a spammer trying to inject code into your forms, just a guess though) I am going to have the programming team look at this in the morning.
