This is one of the best sites I've seen. I didn't go through the entire site but I got the idea. Your photos for the home page's flash are impressive. Very nicely done. It seems to be pretty user friendly as well. There are only three things that I saw that I would probably change or alter. The first is that I would probably make the link to the home page on the MLS search page more visible. It's small and in an awkward position. Second, I think the links on the side of the home page are a bit template looking and the pictures that accompany some of them have little or nothing to do with the link. Finally, I would probably make all the neighborhoods accessible once you are viewing any other neighborhood. These are very minor though and just my opinion. Great site overall? Which package does this fall under with your company? I saw that you have a few.

I would have to agree, this is a really nice layout for the homepage - a little to much fluff content links on the internal pages, but I just have a thing against that, many agents want info on everything under the sun on their sites, calculators etc
I would change my home link at the bottom to the absolute URL instead if index so that it is inline with your backlinks but as I said (As I'm sure many more will) it's a nice looking site |

I love it, it looks great.
I get the details if people actually use the calculator on my site that offers it & some actually do. You just never know...

Thanks guys, we worked very long hours on this puppy.
imann08 - This is the new middle package at the $2,500 level. We are actually thinking about offering non-Nashville Realtors a bit of a discount on it. PM me if you are interested. Keep in mind, we do not really do any SEO work after the site is built, SEO Guy and others will be your go to for that stuff. SEO Guy - Good suggestion, we will change all of the home page links to http://www.hummerhomes.com/ judyo - I think the calcs are really just for show...but, boy aren't they pretty! |

Looks good, but I would want the pictures to have something to do with the link. A boat for financing??? Easy fix and other than that it looks great.

I know, the broker wanted us to use all of the famous pictures assosiated with Nashville. The boat is some famous river boat that has nightly cruises through downtown. I will continue to fight for it though. Thanks.

why not switch the mls search and the finance picks, the mls pick kind of looks like a bank, and the boat could be more easily associated with "searching"
