Default PR Question

Ok, I am a little confused here with regard to PR and how it is viewed, etc. I started my blog on December 15th, and I have no PR on the home page. However, I have a PR 3 on the Blog Rollout page.

Any ideas on why this is?

The blog link is below in my signature. Thanks!

Maybe because it is a subdomain of wordpress and its getting pr from wordpress. Or the blog is older than your domain. Maybe people like your blog posts and then in return give you links which builds your PR.

Could be a few different things.

Thanks, Eric! There are just so many factors that go into this thing, and I love knowing about "exacts". I guess that's why I get a little frustrated with the whole "online presence" aspect.

I thought it might have been the whole subdomain thing from wordpress, but other bloggers have their home pages at PR's as well as their "About" pages in the 4 or 5 region (they are few and far between, but they are there), and then there are the vast majority that don't have a PR at all on any of their pages.

I wish I knew the answer to this one and that way I could replicate that to the home page.
