Default Property adverts content

Hello everyone.

My name is Vlad. I'd like to know where should i get a property listings for my site? Currently i have a little quantity of visitors on the website therefore i have not enough property ads. I tried to use PPC to attract sellers and to get a large property listings, but it's to expansive for my budget, because i spent almost 1 thousand dollars and got 50 or 100 adverts on my site per month.

What is the most appropriate way to get the property content for the website? May be some of real estate agents or brokers would be interested in placing their listings?

Please, help me to solve this problem.
