Hi Paula, I have forwarded this to the programming department.

Hi Paula,
Are you still having an issue with this? I tested it on my end and it seems to be updating uploaded images fine. When you are actually adding a new listing, your only option is to "add listing" (after you have selected the images and what not), but when you're updating an existing listing the only option is to "update listing" to upload your images. There should be no "add" option. Let me know if you are still having problems with this. Thanks,

Yes...still a problem. Now this is on my WEBSITE...I was able to add the listing and pics on the REW listing page. I have tried in IE and FF. The "northstar" listing is fine now, however the new listing I added on "UTE" will not upload pics.
It allows me to locate the file...then the button to the right shows "delete". I try to place the pic file and hit "update listing" NOTHING. My site has the listing up, NO PICTURE... |

I will look further into this for you Paula, in the meantime, see if you have any success uploading smaller images.
Thanks,

Thanks Danielle. However, I do not see any way to try a smaller pic...this is my point...there is not an "add" option. just a place to put the file and a delete button. I tried to place a smaller pic (real small) and hit "update"....nothing.

Paula,
Sorry about the inconvenience. The Listings Manager will not accept any punctuation in the address field. When you add a new listing and there is punctuation in the address field, ex. 1234-Maple St., it will not load your images. I have made the changes so that you can continue to add images to your existing listings now without any problems. Just make sure that when you go to add more listings don't use punctuation in the "address" field.

ok...I'm crazy I guess. I just went on again to try to add the pics...nope...cant do it. So I thought maybe I misunderstood you and I deleted the listing...(it deleted BOTH) so I tried to re enter the listing with NO punctuation...and now 1 listing is back...but I still cant get the pics up. You are looking at my website right??
