I used Red-X for a little while back when they had a flat monthly rate. When they changed their policies and started charging for every lead after 2000 that you downloaded each month it got out of control - my bill from them for one month was over $300!! Unfortunately, it was the only service that provided the leads in a .csv format which I needed for my auto-dialer.
I got rid of them after I found someone who could convert Leadsenders to a .csv file.

We have an agent in our office who uses it and loves it. Very popular with the Mike Ferry smile and dial types (ZERO offense meant there at all...).
If you are doing the double dialer and other such stuff, it has been helpful for him. Best Eric

I haven't used the service, but it claims to have phone numbers, additional address information for fsbo's and expired listings. Anyone who has used this find this to be the case and was the information fairly accurate?

Yes. It was in fact accurate here in Louisville. I cannot vouch for was it worth the money...since I did not buy it, however, it did have that info for the agent in our office that was using it.
Best Eric

Use it everyday. Expired listings are still the quickest way to a listing appointment I can think of. Obviously, REDX is simply a program to provide call lists and manage contacts (not leads, in my opinion).
I listed 45 properties last year from calling Expireds...all using REDX as the call list provider.

In my opinion, Leadsenders is a much better service. Red-X is good, but Leadsenders averages at least 33% more good numbers on any given day and costs much less. The only problem with Leadsenders is that they can not deliver the information in a exportable format that can be uploaded in to an autodialer program whereas Rex-X does.
Red-X does however, have a better affiliate program for re-sellers.

I used Red X for a few months, it did save a bunch of time getting the info but the ratio of actual phone numbers I would get went up and down. Slick program though.

I just joined because I wanted to add my $0.02 worth. RedX is WAY over priced for what you get! Sure it has a lot of bells and whistles but if your intent is to list a house (and it SHOULD be) then all you need is a list and numbers. I tried both but ended up going with Leadsenders Leadsenders All I wanted was to wake up every day and dial...plus they seem to have better accuracy than the other.
