Brokerage Internet Policies
Wasn't quite sure where to post this.
We are a real estate brokerage company, and have an old, outdated "Internet Policies and Procedures Manual" from 2001. Because of this, our independent agents don't really have the up-to-date guidelines they should follow for things like email standards, agent websites, etc. Are there any other brokerage companies out there willing to share some information about how they are handling these things? Do you have a policy manual handed out to agents when they join? I appreciate any feedback or help. You can PM me if you want to keep it more private.
