Default Capitalizing your Meta Data

When creating your keyworks and description, do you capitalize proper names or not? If I was using raleigh real estate as keywords would I use Raleigh Real Estate, or raleigh real estate?

Raleigh real estate - you use proper grammatical convention (This is for readers, not anything to do with SEO)

Really, upper or lower case does not matter.

You should use proper grammar in your meta description.

I've always used all lowercase in the meta keywords, but I'm not sure if capitalization has any effect. I haven't seen any tests done, lately, to prove one way or the other. I guess I feel like it's such a minimal factor that I've just been doing what I've always been doing.

The meta description may be used as the snippet in the search results.
