Looks like that there needs to be a clearing div there ....

I try adding this code to the bottom of that community box snippet.

<div style="clear:both"></div>

Thanks! Even more critical problem. Can you check and see why all of my drip emails are not going out in code. Since the update to the backend they are not displaying properly?? Is it set to accept html? Thanks again.

Let me know if you won't be getting to it today and I'll shut down the drip emails. Thx!

Hi Tim, I had a look this afternoon to see what might be causing the problem.

Your manual lead emailer wasn't configured to allow HTML (when you click to manually email a lead), I set it so you can include html tags.

As for the drip emails:

The drip emails do allow HTML. I ran some tests and sent myself a few of each email, and some came through properly and others just showed the HTML code as you said. I've seen this on a couple other sites, and we think it has to do with improperly formatted HTML. For example, the emails I got that weren't displaying properly were missing some </tr>, </tbody>, </table> and </p> tags in the html. I think email clients like Thunderbird ignore html if tags aren't closed correctly.

I hope that makes sense. Try checking to make sure the HTML is valid on some of the problem emails.

Thanks! I'll manually check each email but something is definitely not working correctly. Before it was switched I had personally inputted each email for all the agents and forwarded them individually to different emails accounts (google, yahoo, hotmail etc) to test each and every email. I'll start over and see what happens.

Now yesterday afternoon before I shut down all the campaigns the system send out the drips. I noticed all of the drip emails went out to some of the leads. For example, brand new leads received three emails all within 5 minutes instead of one going yesterday the next ten days later etc. The complete drip system went out all @ once in broken code.....not good. Can we check to see if the system is working in that aspect? Thanks for the help!

I have informed the programming team about this so that they can re-evaluate the problem.

Hey Tim,

Just to follow up, is everything working as expected now? I've been following the log files from the campaign emailer each morning and it looks like it's all good.

Let me know if you're still noticing any strange behavior in the leads manager.

Thanks,
