My main complaint is with all the code - It is way to table heavy and has way to many modifcation elements such as font style=font-family:arial;color:#1B69B2;font-size:13px; I would attempt to place all modification elements in external CSS so you could clean out a lot of that extra code and reduce the filesize by quite a bit.

As for the look, I think it looks great! well laid out and loving the colors.

You might want to change the heading to be unique for each area page for instance

I would change the line at the top that says "Serving San Bernardino County & Riverside County California!" to some like "Serving Apple Valley California!" make it specific per page, know what I mean?
