IDX Telephone Field
Hello:
I received a lead through IDX. She told me that she was unable to enter her telephone number in the field provided. What is the format for telephone numbers? I receive leads from all of the world and the telephone format can be different than here in N. America. Can this be changed? Thanks, Joe

Joe, I notice that you do not have registration turned on, do you happen to know which button she clicked on from the details page?

Hello,
How do you turn on the registration?? I don't know which button she clicked on but it's the hirst lead if that helps.

Hi Joe,
The accepted format must contain the area code it's xxx-xxx-xxxx What we can do is make it so that they are allowed to enter anything into the phone number field ( but must enter something ) .... ... or specify that that is the required format.
