Default Question for Re/Max Agents

Anyone know of a way to get a list of Re/Max agent list in a certain city or area?

I now work for a Re/Max agent, and we want to email. I know there has to be a list of it somewhere, and the president of this broker is fighting me on it.

If I can't just find a list, anyone know where I can buy the list? Or is it worth typing 2500 names compared to buying the names.

(Btw, I'm back!)

Brandon, RE/MAX international should be able to provide you with the list you are looking for.

Thanks for the responses! Been at seminars for leadstreet etc... lots of new stuff.

The problem is, my Realtor is friends and used to be an Ontario RE/Max agent. That's the location of people we are trying to get. Up there you can't pull them from the MLS anymore, since it's been getting so strict, and mainstreet will show me the office and name... but have to manually type in the 2500 names (or copy/paste, same thing though).

What it looks like, either I buy the Ontario Re/Max list, or I do it myself.. hmmm..

My office had their own lists ... usually in Word or Excel. You *could* call each brokerage and ask.

Of course most will probably not want you spamming their agents or trying to recruit them (at least that's how they'll see it) so they might tell you to get lost.

There are places (don't know where off the top of my head) that you can order lists of agents from. I think they just scrape the data off the local MLS feeds. If the option is available, I'd buy it since that's easier than doing it manually.

Also, as was mentioned earlier, ReMax.net might have this if you want to search for "referrals" (*cough*) or something. ReMax international or the local regional office will also have this. You'll probably have to get somebody more important than you to ask for it though. (Sorry.) Try a local broker or owner or somebody who could have a good reason to need such a thing.

Well, she knows about 1% of the people up there on the list I want. The point is that they have clients who want to buy some nice sunny beach front property So not trying to recruit, really just to get referrals. But I can still totally see where the fear is. Just Florida to Ontario... kinda hard to get someone to ditch their life and switch countries!

And we do have lists in each office... that's what I guess I'll have to work with. the remax website lists each office, and that's what I was copy/pasting.

Thanks for the help everyone!
