Default Common bio questions

I am compiling a list of common bio questions asked by social networking sites, looking to get the old juices flowing for some REW Blog upgrades - please chime in with the most common questions (Please read posts before yours to avoid duplication)

I will get the list stated
First Name
Last Name
Birth Day
Address
Phone #
Email
Description of yourself (Bio)
Educational history
Current Job Title
Previous positions held (Your old jobs)
Years relevant experience to current field
Nickname

Ok I could go on for a while - but I want to give others a chance to post as well

Testimonials - DOH! Why didn't I think of that - does this conflict with "Profile comments" though? (Log into your blog EFS, I just left you one, if you approve it, you will see it on your bio page )

What about website? I've seen a couple of social networking sites give people website as an optional field.
