Default Tenant Representative question

I am the agent for a soon to be tenant, When my client (tenant) finds the rent he wants to live in, I will have my client fill out the credit application and send it to the landlords agent.

My questions is do I draw up the lease or does the landlord's agent fill out the lease?

I would hope the Landlords agent would fill out the lease because I have no idea what the landlord wants in the lease.

Let me know.

Default Re: Tenant Representative question

Around here, we only earn $100 bucks or so... so we don't do too many rentals.

But, for many of the management companies, all we have to do is show the house (or apartment) and send the tenant to the management office with our business card. They handle everything.

I'd call the agent and ask what is expected of you.
