Did anyone see his special the other day on how the rich get richer?

It was an excellent show on taking advantage of the stock market roller coaster. Anyway, my point is that in this show he revealed he is banned from investing in the stock market because of his show.

Can you guys imagine us being banned from investing in real estate because we have a news column or TV show?

He was also talking about the WORLD Economy. To diversify today means to be invested in Stocks and Real Estate world wide.

So what does Dear Jim invest in...REAL ESTATE!

He was saying that with the current "Money Sale" in mortgages, it is a tremendous opportunity to pick up investment housing.

Do any of you deal with International Properties? This is a market I am looking into. I have some friends over in Italy right now looking to put some stuff together. Why refer just inside the USA?

While I am at it, has anyone else noticed an increase in business since January 1? Keep cutting those rates Mr. Bernanke!

What's My Mileage?

Is he banned by some authority. Or is it like Vegas, he's put on a "persona non-grata" list, because he wins too much and they can't figure out if he is cheating or not.

Just a thought, he may be banned just because he has such a following that if he says something to suggest something... he can swing a huge amount of investors to his benefit. (Some might call it "pump and dump".)

Well its good to know Cramer is publicly changing his opinion about investing in Real Estate. Last year he was very strongly saying people should not buy, period, no exceptions.

Dear Jimmy Cramer is invested in Summit New Jersey Real Estate as his primary Residence. Funny thing, while dear Jimmy was screaming not to buy real estate anyplace in the country the average home price was appreciating 1% to 3% I think he predicts the stock market about as well. Hmmm guess I will not be taking any stock recommendations from Jim Cramer.

I think Jim Cramer was lucky that the Summit NJ Realtors did not show up at his door with pitch forks when he was spouting off this last summer.
