I don't think its very slow. You can say its a bit slower than usual. Actually other forums that I am a part of are probably even slower.

My take would be along the lines of Morgan...also, things are busier at our office than ever, which has reduced quality "posting time" down to near zero...grin.

I guess that is a nice problem to have right now.

I would tend to agree that when busy quality posting time takes a hit, and I have been experiencing that issue as well most of January.

I commented because it did seem kind of slow, but then I have my favorite categories which I like to read.

Same here. Jennfer is getting way more leads then ever and is very busy keeping up with them. I then, have to step in and help her where I can which makes me too busy to post as well.

We are so busy, we need to add a buyers agent to our team, and fast!

It's interesting however (imo and to me at least), that many (not all) who post here do so for the link benefit, not the informational benefit and community spirit that this forum seems to have over others. That in itself may be keeping some posters away and seem like things have slowed down.

IMO, there seem to be more posts then there has been in the past which is good. It also seems that the quality of posts from the community members looking to establish themselves as part of this great community has stepped up a notch as well.

Ok, long winded... back to work

One of the things I like best about this forum is for the most part people here are busy and know that it is possible to do well in this market. Most everyplace else on and offline I hear more negativity.

What I have noticed in the last couple of weeks is fewer spam posts.
