Blogger prompts $25 million defamation suit
Check this out..

just another jacknut with too much money and time who wants to silence free speech with a lawsuit imo. I think I read that the blogger was speculating about what he thought would happen so that should be covered under free speech. Also, I highly doubt the developer was damaged in any way from the post, other than a hurt ego. What a waste of time, money, and our court system.

I dont think it will hold water...just as he said above, free speech. Just like that guy that tried to sue the dry cleaner for losing his lucky pants, just a waste of tax payer money

I agree this case no merit, but how much is this poor guy going to have to spend to defend himself?

I would guess that if this guy has to spend very much defending himself, there will be a counter suit for malicious prosecution.
