Default Do older sites have the ability for the new platform?

Are there costs involved in getting the new backend?

Please advise.

thanks

Yes there all, more details at my blog http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...rey/4260/show/ - There is an increase in the monthly platform fee from $30 to $40 month (Paid yearly)

There is also a labor cost for the upgrade - we bill by the hour at 50% discount of our normal rate.

Any site with an REW CMS can upgrade - but do to the nature of customization and versions of previous CMS - labor based is the only way we can realistically upgrade users.

2 other things of note - You must be on one of the new rackspace servers (N1-N4 REWhosting) and you may require upgrades to your IDX is your IDX is several years old and does not take advantage of current user tracking technologies.

We are happy to provide estimates in the work orders forum.

Thanks webmaster,

Question about migration:

Will my snippets and forms move to the new platform?

What if your site is not live yet and your IDX is still being built?

Out of curiosity - and I know you're busy making this happen - when should we expect the switch to take place? I want to be able to set some "in-house" training with my buyers agents to ensure a smooth process on this end.

Josh - yours is already done I think (Will have to check with Mike) as you know, your system (On the front end) is very complex, so took some extra time. I believe how we are doing this is at /backend2/ or something so we don't mess up the live site until fully tested - I think there may be one or two small tweaks on yours still, but tomorrow or the next day should be ready to have your guys logging in

If it's a brand new site, the conversion is only like 1-2 hours max even with an IDX - say the word and I will put you on the upgrade list.

Awesome. That's great - really looking forward to this upgrade and possible custom tweaks after it's implemented.
