I did not come on the forum to just promote myself. I also came on the forum to inform the realtors on here of how they could get mortgage licensing through a legitimate company. If I were on here just for promotion purposes I would have told them to come to me if they needed a lender for their clients and kept the other information to myself. But since you deleted the post anyway you want have to worry about me posting any new information on here ever again. I would like to know how informing others of how they could increase their profits by doing their own loans is promoting myself. I'm not making one red cent by coming on here and posting the information.

Why would a realtor want to engage in the practice of lending? It's a very time consuming and overly regulated profession. You have to adhere to the rules of the state banking commissions, and HUD. You are subject to audits on a regular basis, you have to refund fees if not property disclosed. You have to have audited financials in order to do FHA business. Borrowers hate your guts if you mess up.... just a little. So tell me again..... why would you want to do this?
