For the project community in India, the next ten years are going to be the most exciting yeras in their life! For, projects investments which is currently on the upswing is expected to remain buoyant in the coming years.

Since, the economic liberalization in the early 1990s, Central well as state governmet agencies have announced a number of sector specific incentives and guidelines to keep up the tempo of investments and attract increased private investments. Project community has aired their opinions (for or against) on these crucial decisions in various forums.

As of today, there is no common forum where people from project community can come together and discuss issues related to project investments. Hence at this crucial juncture, we felt the need to create a common plateform for project people (contractors, engineers, consultants, architects, financiers, vendors) to share their experienes, to discuss various developmets in the projects investments arena and air their views on various policies unveiled by central and state governments from time to time.
