Agent remarks
I would like to be able to pull terms from the agent remarks. Would i be able to just make my own searches in the snippet for multiple terms?

Hi Greg,
Looks like I missed quoting this one for a few days ...SOCAL seems to have 3 "Remarks" fields ... REALREMARKS, REMARKS and REMARKSFINANCIAL REALREMARKS sounds like the one that you're looking for ... but we could create you a snippet variable that would query those remarks in a 1hr project .... Usage would be something like $_REQUEST['remarks'] = "what you want to find"; Let me if you approve the 1hr ... and we'll get it into production.
