I was looking on Yahoo and found this page: http://realestate.yahoo.com/New_York/Yonkers

I like how it lists the market snapshot, the homes for sale, median price and % change, etc. Is this something that can be coded into the web page? (my REW custom site is atleast a month away from being ready but wanted to know if it can be done and cost). I think Josh has something similar on his site at realsourcebrokers dot com.

I can't find the answer after searching but is there a way to add a recent sold feed? I know the Nytimes has it, it will list recent sold's in various towns as well as crime index, demographics, median household income, school info. They seem to be using OnBoard LLC to get the data for them.

Any idea how one would do this?

I would love to be able to have the list of sold prices pop up and updated monthly as OnBoard LLC does or do I have to contact them directly for this?

Market stats is likely possible....

I don't know about the Sold information ... we'll need to check if we have access to it and if we're allowed to use it.

I'll check with the programmer that worked closely with the data for the IDX feed in your area and follow up with some quotes.
