Blog Contact Form
FYI - When contacting a blogger here the form asks for *First Name and *First Name (not first and last).

Thank you Knox,
The reason I did not see this was that the duplicate labels were only being displayed to visitors who were not logged in to a blog account. I've corrected this so that it properly reads First Name, Last Name. Have a great day!
