Snippet Requests
I would like to breakdown searches with the following snippets...
1.) LABEL - ability to choose "HUD/VA/REO" variable to search foreclosure listings. 2.) ADOM (Active Days on Market) - ability to search new listings. 3.) School District - ability to search by School District, Elementary, Middle, and High School (this may be four snippets). Please let me know if these searches are possible and provide a quote. 1) I do not see a label field in the IDX data .... or any way to identify the listing as a foreclosure. I did a quick query of the "Internet Remarks" in the residential listings table and came up with 107 listings that had foreclosure in the remarks .... so that might work for you.
2) No DOM in the IDX data. We do get update files daily that contain new and changed listings .... so we could set up something that would query that table ( the one with the new and changed listings) 3) Yes - "SCHOOL9GRADE" "SCHOOLDISTRICT" "SCHOOLELEM" "SCHOOLELEMB" "SCHOOLHIGH" "SCHOOLJUNIOR" "SCHOOLMIDDLE" Are all avaiable fields in the ABOR IDX data. I'd estimate that 1.5hrs programming should be enough time for us to create, test and provide instructions on how to use these snippets. Thank you,
