Can you quote me for the following? I would like a snippet that can search for city and sub_area and will dynamically create the following text. This might have to be 2 snippets because I will want the sub_area to be merged where I have [city] when using the snippet down to the sub_area.

[city] Colorado currently has [# of Res with link to search results page] homes for sale and [# of Condo with link to search results] condominium / townhomes for sale. The median asking price for a home in [city] is [median for city] and the asking price range is [lowest price] to [highest price]. [city] average price per square foot is [average price per SqFt].
