Default New lead assignment emails going to spam

Not a real problem - just an observation:

The first lead assignment emails the system sent out got filtered out by the agent's spam filter, so it seemed like they were not going out. You and your agents would need to add: no-reply@yourdomainname to your approved sender list.

It would be nice to have a link for the agent to log in to the lead manager in each lead assignment email. I think that would encourage them to go straight to lead manager to accept the lead, handle initial lead contact, and add notes.

You are talking about the notification email in v2 correct? We will be adding in a link "click here to manage your leads" probably early next week - Eddy Kicker mentioned this as well.

Thanks for the feedback.

In terms of the spam filter, do you think it might be because it says "leads" in the subject or has some other common spam phrase that is tripping a filter?

I think "lead" in the subject line is probably tripping the filter. I know that almost every lead provider that sends me solicitation emails goes straight to spam, probably for just that reason. "New User Assigned" might be less likely to trip spam filters. The email content should also omit lead/leads, and use the term "user/users" instead. We know what they are.

Sorry to bump and old post but was this ever implemented? Now that I have leads coming in via REW the only link that it emails to me is the idx/register link. Would love to have what Ronnie suggested, a link to the lead manager sent with each lead email.
