I am looking for a way to create a mailing list that will take two names, like Mr and Mrs Smith but in the address send the letter to Mr Alex Smith and Linda Smith. also have it understand if there are two people with different last names. I us outlook but have not figured out if it will do what I want. thanks for any tips, John.
