The only initial thing I see is that using "My Areas" is really more than what it indicates. At first I though it was areas that you covered, but it is actually more than that. Maybe something like "Search Areas" or ?

Great feedback Drew - the issue there is that he only has the one content area in the side nav as opposed to the tradition 2 (Main navigation and My Areas) the simple solution and the one I suggest is just creating a second navigation graphic for the non area specific links. Would help break up the longer navigation as well

It's beautiful. I really like the quick search & the track a listing feature. It looks like you've given the user a lot of choices to search what they are looking for. Your home prices are quite impressive compared to California.

Further to what Drew mentioned, perhaps something like "Gulf Shore Real Estate" or xx xx Area's?

Also .... and this is after I looked at your site on my hi-res monitor (1920 x 1700) *it may be better on a lower resolution*, is there any way to scale up size/appearance (increase the font / text colour contrast) for your Names & Phone numbers.

Sweet looking site - one thing though, I would move up the "track listings" graphic on the bottom right so visitors see it without having to scroll and maybe a increased likelihood of them filling out the form. Ask Morgan - he knows I love pushing stuff UP to the top of the page.

Pretty cool colors too.

Something I noticed your pages are named in capitals for instance - Orange-Beach-Real-Estate.php I thought that was not a good thing? I will let Morgan or others give their opinion as maybe I am wrong? I prefer the capitals but told it was better to use lower case.

Technically there is no problem from a browser or SEO perspective in using capitols, however I advocate all lower case as a best practice as users typically do not want to have to remember (And rarely do) what URL's require caps and which don't - all lower case makes it better for type in IMHO
