My husband Chris rewrote the search page to match the areas that I serve and added a subdivision search.

the entire page has been modified and coded. Can you please replace the existing IDX search page with the new code?

Also is it possible to make the IDX search htm page available for editing within the CMS?

I simply changed the Cities table to Areas and built out the areas that Gina wants. I also added a subdivision search at the bottom.

In the future, can this be a snippet, that I can edit as new areas come on the market?

Looks like that page works and not much coding will be required on our end ...
I can't really make the whole page a snippet ... but what we can do is just put the "Areas" or cities into a snippet .... just have an array that you can add to / remove from. Wouldn't take more than an hour to switch this all up and test it out.
