Forewarned on the review, I'm not a web programmer so my comments may not be "knowledgable!"

*The site is visually appealling but very very busy. seems like you should be able to lessen the load on the front page which may help you with ...
*I know you're trying to put lots of information on the /index page but unless you have a big screen on super high res (which i do fortunately!) i think the horizontal scroll bar will drive most people nuts.
*since you can't click 2. 3. or 4. until you fill out one, maybe 'gray out' or reduce the transparency of 2.3.&4. until you finish 1 so people don't try to click on them until they finish 1 (being picky, but you asked)

otherwise it seems like a very well done site, i'm in firefox and could not find any errors, well done!
