I need some quotes on 3 different projects. I'd like to price each separately, please:

1) modify northofthesavannah.com template to a wide format, similar to my new site on dev59.

2) frame northofthesavannah.com/idx within dev59 so I can provide a home search function without 'providing a new IDX' for that website. I would also like to know: is there a risk that doing this will lead to duplicate content issues with search engines?

3) upgrade northofthesavannah.com to the latest version of the lead management system

Just an update here, I'm pretty confused about the content & features involved with 'CMS 2.0' vs. 'Lead Management System'

All I want is the ability to see saved searches, saved favorites, create searches for clients, and tailor emails to their needs. I also want to be able to see when they last visited and figure out what they may be looking for according to the detail pages they viewed. What can give me that?

I will hold off on the wide-format upgrade, and the addition of IDX to the new site (for now).

The CMS 2.0 sounds like what I need. If it's 2 hours or less please consider this authorization to proceed for northofthesavannah.com.
