If I had to guess, I would say 1 hour programming 2 hours design

When you say no quote for this part, I am assuming whatever time that may take is approved?

I already built the quicksearch that is at the top of that page I think it should be pretty quick to swap it out with the slideshow...I think (I hope )

The no quote is for the removal of the contact form in the top of the left navigation of the IDX pages. I get more people fill that in to register on accident than I get true contacts from it so I think I need to just make it more clear for users.

I was assuming that was a mockup and we were creating the actual code for the quick search, and the CSS to replace the slideshow, not using code you created - If it is as simple as a replace the flash code with the code you reference I can't see that taking more than a half hour / 45 mins max - but please be advised, if we use "your" code, it will be billable support to fix it, if it breaks or is not functioning correctly and will require a work order.

PS, I am sure we can cut out that form at the same time without much effort (Like 5 minutes) while we are in there.

Well, it will take a little adjusting in the CSS because I did it on page and via the wide hack, but, I've tried to break it and it seems to work well.

My concern was that there would be too much "blue". I'm going to put it up on my interior pages today and see how it affects registration. If it's not a huge deal, I'll go for it...

O.K. I think it's ready to go. Please replace the slideshow with this quicksearch found here: http://www.ryanwardrealestate.com/Alpharetta.php. Then just a couple of small things:

1. Please remove sidebar contact form from IDX left Nav Bar
2. In the top navigation, please change "Atlanta Real Estate" to "Home" and make it the first link.

Also, if I could get an ETA I would appreciate it.
