design wise the site is very clean, looks great.

I don't like the scrolling text on the home page. I scrolled down to the bottom of the site and it had to sroll the text first this was anoying.

great design, I would maybe increase font size for top navigation

also, you might do something with call back request, currency converter, mortgage calc to make more defined and eye catching for viewer

other than that, very good structure and organization

Call me picky but I'm not a big fan of the flash transitions you used for the images on the home page. I'd skip all the sparkle and just go with a nice clean fade from one image to the next. That being said I don't think you are going to loose any clients because of it.
