Default If you didn’t use REW, who would you use?

I love my REW Real Estate site but I also have a Vacation Rental site with Go Daddy. I want to make a change from Go Daddy for a site with a more user friendly back end.

Does anyone have any suggestions for hosting my vacation rental site other than REW? Also, I don't want a site in frames.

Please advise.

Thanks

Are you looking for Site Hosting or Site Design (or both)?

If it's hosting Rackspace and Mediatemple are two that get high marks.

Site design? I don't know if REW does rental sites. Any of you REW people care to chime in?

That probably does not answer your question, but if REW made rental sites, that's who I'd go with.

I have just created a LLC for property management and have been researching the same issues.

I cannot advise you ..yet .. but I can tell you if you research this you will find a couple of specialty companies with sites, etc for PMC.

PM me when you find something and I'll do the same. Also - if you can;t have a REW rental site ~ there are packaged css sites you can buy and host somewhere, if you are that capable.

I guess I'm someone from the REW Crew - We would be happy to put in a bid on a non real estate site and allow the use of our technology for such, in fact we create a good many non real estate sites locally (To give us something different and keep our creative going) example - http://www.forestandmarine.com - and are completely capable of building / programming pretty much anything.

One thing of note: We only do SEO for real estate, so anything programming, hosting, design or copy writing we will do, SEO I suggest using CK for non real estate stuff

I was snooping around and saw this in the comps. This looks great. I will have you guys do a custom for my bellinghaminformation site next spring depending on how well I do this year.

Will the REW template site work for me? I believe it's $740 plus hosting. Our property management business is small - only 5 properties at the moment. Also, we are on the first page on Google for my key words. I think I'm doing most of the SEO elements - could do more but haven't invested the time. I'm certainly open to improving my rankings. What or who is CK?

As I said in my original post, I am pleased with REW and would be happy to give your company more of my business if this is the right place for a property management / rental website. Any suggestions or a proposal is apprecaited. My current site is www.traverseridge.com

Thanks

Howard

Kind of already looks like an REW site (Well a knockoff, nothing but an REW site looks like an REW site) - pricing is changing starting Monday (Most likely) and getting less expensive (Significantly) but I certainly think you could use an REW template (Perhaps with a few billable hours of modifications to make it just right) In fact one of my great customers Greg Smith is currently having an REW template modified to work for his rental division right now at dev96.rewtemplates.com - He is doing quite a bit of custom mods to the listings manager etc, but still could work not a problem.

And CK is CK Chuck from www.webosis.com - also the member named Kid Disco here at the forums

Yes, dev96.rewtemplates.com is looking good. It would be nice if there was a specific rental property template with pricing tables, interactive calendar, and easy to showcase rental properties - similar to featured property on the REW for sale sites.

I am very interested in the new pricing - who can I talk to about specifics?

Thanks

Yeah, they look good, work good and the guys are humble too

I looked at the dev96, and it looks crisp and clean, but I never saw a wrinkled dirty website? What I want to know: is that the price for the entire state or just most of it? (Featured Listings)
