First of all sign up with as many Real Estate BPO companies as you can. Check your email or set up your black berry and/or cell with a text message notification. Some companies offer a feature called get work NOW. When a bpo job becomes available agents can pick it up before an email goes out to hundreds of agents letting them know a job is available. Its not a bad idea to always be logged in and periodically clicking on check for work bottom.

I also found a list at bpoaccess.com and graypedia.com, for me i got lucky and after completing bpo's and doing quality work, i finally got some reo properties. It will be different for everyone, and depending on your area and how many agents are doing the same thing.

Isn't it great. I'm working on 5 REO listing my self right now. Took me some time to get there, and its not the biggest part of my business. But if I can sell 10 REO listing a year thats some good money in my pocket.
