I'm a retired commercial artist who has been trying to develop a market with realtors for Home portraits as closing gifts. Actually a Home Portrait should appeal to any business (Realtors, Builders, Mortgage Brokers, Insurance Agents, anyone doing business with a homeowner.

I joined the forum in hopes of learning more about the Realty market. I need to know what percentage of realtors do use closing gifts and what percentage of these would use a Custom Home Portrait.

I am curious as to how many realtors would prefer to print their own Home Portrait in house after they were provided with the finished art as a PDF file. Also what degree of interest would there be in a framed print and Matching notes/envelopes.

I am also seeking contact with any Real estate Professionals who are selling the Realtor a product or service, who would be interested in exchanging links.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you mean what are the costs.

The first one is free. It is our way of providing you with a demo.

All you need to do is email me a high resolution photo of one of your homes.

I will immediately acknowledge the receipt of your photo and as to whether it fit our minimum requirements. (150 dpi min, 5"x 7")

Within 24 hours I will email you a proof for your approval.

At that time I will need you to correct the signature and approve the proof.

When I receive your approval I will print the portrait and mail it to an address that you will supply.

Is there a minimum price per order?
Great idea but perhaps a little pricey for the market in my area. Average sale being 150K.
PEI is a very small place.
