having paid my dues with the reviews below (or above!), I would appreciate any constructive criticism on this site, www.listingPR.com.
The site is designed to provide Realtors a one-stop complete solution to marketing their listings including: professional looking brochures and postcards, single property websites and seller communications (showings/feedback & listing journal) You can click the FREE TRIAL in the lower right hand corner, no credit cards, etc, and register, enter a listing and preview all the marketing materials and test drive the seller utilities. any feedback, good, bad or ugly would be appreciated, thanks. kelly |

Personally, If I were an agent looking for information and I can't see a full size image of a flyer or full size screen shots (listing manager) and no real price list instead of the "bait" as low as $29 a month, I would simply leave the site as I just did.

OCTeam ... good feedback, I see what you mean. Ironically the low as $29 isn't even bait, $29 is the monthly membership for UNLIMITED listings ... I guess the "as low as" might seem deceptive when it's not suppose to be!
Regarding sample flyers, websites, etc: their thinking was that you could do the free trial and put in your OWN listing information (no credit card necessary) and see 'live' how the system works with one of your own listings ... plus, there is the screenshots of the websites/brochures right off the front pages ... but you might be right about having some 'quick' examples off the sub pages ... I really appreciate the feedback, thanks! kelly |

OC_Kelly,
I like some of the design elements of the site. The rollovers on the buttons are nice and so is the header. Very subtle in the animation. However, the text face seems to be a bit strong. Too heavy of a weight for me. Also, the buttons seems to push me away a bit. They are a bit too big for my liking and I get lost in the message of the site. Also, I would make the header clickable to take me back to the homepage. I had no way to really get back to it once I clicked through in the site. Very nice color scheme though. I like it, just a little too LOUD for me personally. MK

looks nice but I think there are too many graphics to the right.
