Default Hows my newletter site look?

I've been developing a newsletter for real estate professionals, and those interested in RE. I've compiled hundreds of videos, and begun to write a bunch of articles on real estate and plan to help develop systems for online real estate marketing once my newsletter gets going. I've had a few hundred hits now, but am only getting about 10 opt ins/day. What am I missing?

Please don't be offended but I feel if I put my information in there I will be flogged tons of spam. You should offer at least a few useful examples of what people will receive if they sign up. I found I was just going in loops.

Thanks. I appreciate the honesty. Maybe I'll try posting some of the videos on the site for access without the newsletter, or maybe some samples of the newsletter itself. Anymore feedback, anyone?

If it helps I was curious to see one but wasn't willing to give up my e-mail address for it. Add an example and I think you get a lot better results.

Why not use a blog instead of email lists?

Oh... I think I know the answer now. Because it's a lead generation site that promises the "Internet Lifestyle"?

So I have the programmer working on adding some video clips, and descriptions of the reports to provide more of an idea of relevance. And Yoyo, yes, I am hoping to make a few extra bucks on the backend as a bonus, but I hardly think I'm promising an "internet lifestyle." I'll take the feedback though, and appreciate it.

Dude, your advertisement for this site was flagged for removal on the Minneapolis craigslist. You might want to contact them and let them know that your site is legit.

I think you should state how many emails a person will receive ...like a daily, weekly or monthly email. Because I would be interested but afraid of spam and would not give out my email just as said above. I had signed up for something similar a while ago and received daily spam from them getting me to try and buy the same product over and over, but no worthwhile information was contained in the emails. So, you should state this if you want people to sign up. I think that kind of disclosure would make it seem more credible.

It shouldn't really be on craigslist, and I never put it there so I guess thats no big deal if they remove it...right?

And thanks, Its generally going to be biweekly, but provided I have nothing of benefit to say I suppose it might be less frequent. I'll consider adding that too! Thanks!
