New Hampshire Real Estate
Hey all. I am not a pro with design. I try, but I never had any formal lessons, just picked up an html book a few years ago and am self learned. So if it really stinks, be honest. I just got my re license, so now I am trying to combine the two ideas...real estate and webbing!
I do have a problem with the site freezing from time to time, not sure why. Still trying to work on that, so if it doesn't load, check back later. I thought I fixed it last night! I forgot to knock on wood I suppose...

Your site loaded quickly for me with no freezing issues. Nice site for your first real estate site. I noticed you are valid for xhtml. Not sure if you checked but you only have 5 errors to be valid with your css also.

Yeah, it was accidentally deleted when I was working on the idx feed, got it back up, no more stalling and it is working well.
Thanks for the css tip too. Well, it is not supposed to look like a site map, just ease up searching by specific town. People like simplicity, I think! I am trying to make a site that a user would like, just the average Joe Blow. I dunno, maybe it should be rethought.

The site is pretty good. I think the 2 big buttons on the home page are a little much. I would also have the most expensive home show up first and the least expensive the last. You want people to buy more expensive homes.
