Has anybody taken the information from MLS (IDX) and made charts or something about sales in the area? For example, I was trying to thind of a way to figure out how long does the average home with a fence takes to sell vs. a house w/o a fence. I would say just comare the Days of Market and the "fence" field. Or what sells quicker, brick or siding. So then I can really get an idea of what is going on in the market. also, I was thinking of something that breaksdown the neighboorhood to see what houses keep selling over and over and then ones that still have the orginal owner. I know Realty Eyes has some great opitions to do some of the searches.
