Default Please review my site

Please review my site and give me honest opinions. I’m having problems getting leads since I have updated the design of my website.

The first design was ugly and wasn’t that user friendly, but I got more leads from it. About one a day and now I’m getting one a week.

This is my 2nd version of my website and some of the DB data is incorrect. I think I need to put the property search on every page. This is how I get my leads.

Put your contact information in a readily accessible place on every pages (Phone number?) You could really stand to increase the width of the left navigation as well and provide some stylization to the links (users may not know they are links)

Next - almost all the links send me to another site - this causes a lack of confidence, and if I feel I am being redirected, I am not likely to contact you -Overall thought the "shell" you have looks quite clean and easy to use - it just lacks substance.

What sucks is, for me to capture their information through a MLS search, I have to ship them to another site. Maybe I should simply do an Iframe like I did here

Agreeing with Morgan about the lack of substance. When you click the main nav buttons you keep going to the same map with no information specific to the topic of the button. Are you considering a custom IDX from REW you could integrate into your site?

I am pretty sure you need to be a broker to get a custom IDX in Charlotte, so likely is not an option for this gentleman.

I noticed one of your websites is a realty generator website. How is that working out for you.

I had them do a demonstration for me. What I thought they had a really well thought out program. Of the two sites you have on your signature-- the realty generator site is the better site.

I decided to go with REW instead of realty generator because:

I didnt want to be tied into google adwords forever.
I wanted customization and they didnt offer it.
I didnt want other people in my market with the exact same site.

They were boasting a 13% conversion ratio. Do you find that to "hold true"?

If so -- then I would do my best to kind of copy the layout of that site.
I would add a quick search. One of the things that people are looking for front and center is an easy search tool. I know you have a map search. But I would incorporate the quick search.

I am really curious to hear your response about realty generator.

Yeah, all of your searched are sending people to another website, and that is how you are losing leads, most likely. Those people are clicking away once they get to that other website, doing another search perhaps once over there, and then that lead is going to them I bet. You should find another solution. An iframe isn't the best, but if it is easy and you can do it, you should.

I need to iframe it and keep them on the same website. That should help me get leads.

I don't have any numbers for you with realty generator. My firm uses it and you can't customize anything. When I've had support questions they have beey very fast and nice.

I do find it very user friendly once the lead is captured. Keeps tracking of everything for you.
