I only belong to one but there are two more in adjacent counties I could belong to.

Instead of driving all over in areas I'm not that familiar with, I choose to refer buyers and sellers in those areas to agents that know more about them than I.

I only have one within a 1 1/2 hour radius, COAR. It's the only choice we have. How's real estate in Prescott? I just met with a client that moved from the Prescott area.

I belong to one, MRIS, which was derived from the merger of numerous regional MLS providers. Before it's existence, I subscribed to three: Washington, DC, Montgomery County, MD and Northern Virginia (all three jurisdictions within 10 minutes of my office). It's easier accessing just one provider, not to mention less expensive.

I belong to one. We keep around 5,200 homes for sale so that is plenty to keep with. Don't even want to think about dealing with multiple MLS boards with my IDX.

We are holding up well here. Most extreme price pressure is in the newest subdivisions, the ones that came in with the highest prices.

Much of Prescott is not too overbuilt, and that helps support some of the pricing. Still, DOMs are longer as one would expect.
