Hi,
Can anyone point me in the right direction for help on setting up IDX on a site using the RAW feed? Thanks, Jim |

You are using the ftp raw feed? Do you have a database solution for your website?

not really, that's what i am looking for, where to start.
The raw data is provided in MSSQL and the host is capable of running MySQL, and I am using Dreamweaver MX. I am hoping that there a tutorial available, or someone kind enough to point me in the right direction. Thanks |

If your host supports mysql and your feed is in mssql you have an issue as they are not compatible (Mysql is linux mssql is microcrap oops I mean soft) You will need a script that converts the data from an mssql to a mysql but your provider should already have this. If they dont I am sure Vlado could help you with this script.
Once you get your data into your database you will require a decent amount of php knowlege in order to get the solution to work the way you want it to. Are you a programmer? If not, again I suggest using Vlad his last job was highly praised by another member which is good enough for me, and I'm sure he is resonably priced. Let us know if you need any more help
