Contact Forms Problem
It seems that all the forms on my website, when tested, produce the following error:
Unknown column 'forms' in 'field list' The contact form is emailed to me - so it is submitted. But it gives the user the impression of an error. Also, it appears that some custom changes made to the forms are no longer working. For example, I paid to have the form display that it was submitted successfully after it sent. I also paid to have the results of the form displayed in the user profile on the backend in the NOTES section. Any ideas here?

It was an interesting one - seemed to work fine - then it would only break when I filled it in incorrectly at first - then corrected the required fields and sent it in again - the issue was that a field was missing from the users table - which has now been resolved.
