Default Please review my Reno Real Estate site

Would love some feedback on my site. I currently have a request in for SEO consulting, but would love to hear any helpful comments.

Looks good. My suggestion is - consider putting sub pages under your buyers and sellers pages. Try to avoid the "long page". Most people only read what is above the fold. The site looks great. I like the contemporary style of the header and sidebar.

Good luck.

Your page loaded very slowly for me and the graphics were not coming up properly in ie6 (I know I should use firefox or at least update ie). I would also move your quick search higher up on the page.

David,

Interesting colors.

IMO, flash slide shows on every page is distracting and puts content lower on the page.

Your IFrame height needs to be larger for your IDX search results. Most pages do not show the full IDX disclaimer your MLS probably requires, or your contact info.

I am constantly surprised that anyone would still pick a narrow 800px REW template, when the 1024 templates are so much more flexible, and allow wider content, especially when a 3rd party IDX plug-in is used. Losing the left nav structure on some pages, like the virtual tour page, is a shame, and unnecessary with the wider templates.

I agree with earlier comments about huge nav link lists and pages. I try to keep mine shorter, especially with a large list of communities. There are ways to help users find what they are looking for without huge menu lists.

I like it however I would like to see the quick search closer to the top of the page.
