just want to see if I can get some feedback. As you can see I have a lot of keyword targeted areas on the left nav bar. I think it's starting to get a little cluttered. I am thinking about taking out the main nav bar to make room for all the areas, any help would be appreciated.

A test was recently done by an REW member and the results showed there was no benefit to having "Real Estate" in the side nav bar next to each area real estate link. That may help with the spammy look.

I would also get rid of all the condo links and put a "Area Condos" page as a sub-page under each main area real estate page, in order to shorten the featured areas side nav bar. Check mine out and you will get a better idea. I think the Main Navigation is important and wouldn't advise you to get rid of it.

This is a beautiful site in the making, but your "real estate" is overdone. Don't try to accomplish all your seo efforts on the homepage. The bigger picture is to have all these areas with the proper title and descriptions so that you don't have to overdo keywords on your pages. Less is better, with a bigger site in mind.

Well to be honest it won't be as strong as if it was a Main Nav link, because the Main Nav Links show up in your site map, however you can make any sub page just as strong as a Main Page if you get some back links linking to it. Another option would be to add a link on the top nav bar called "Condos" and then create a drop down with all your specific condo pages. If you look at my site I added Lake Fronts and Foreclosures. For whatever reason, any main link you put on the top Nav Bar all the drop downs show up on your site map and are looked at like main pages. It's a custom REW feature to get it done like that because we can't change the top Nav bar going across, but it seems to work.

That help a bunch. If that is the case I might get 3 drop downs, one for neighborhoods, condos, and lofts. Then I can keep the featured areas for the neighborhoods I specialize in.

Great Idea, and then you can send out postcards to the neighborhoods telling them about their own personal neighborhood website with all the latest updates on homes for sale and solds in their neighborhoods. It should be a homerun!

Lofts could probably go under the Condos drop down, rather than create a separate Main nav on top. Remember you only have so many Main Navs on top, use them wisely

yeah that would be better but we have almost 40 condos here, and about 20 lofts. If I did that the drop down would go all the way down the page.
