Any one know of a free service or website that will give you addresses to apartment complexes?

The MLS is great for addresses to subdivisions and "sold" properties, but NOTHING for apartments . . .

I don't know of anything free, but I used MelissaData.com to get addresses before and it's accurate and relatively inexpensive.

I've never heard of anything like that which includes the Gainesville, Florida market. Can you give me an idea of how you want to use it? Maybe I can think of something that would work similarly and fulfill your needs?

The grocery stores here have a rack with apartment guide books. The publishers of the books also have a website.

We also have a apartment database service in San Antonio; kind of like the MLS. The apartments pay to be in the database, it lists, pics, locator payouts, floorplans, tenant qualifications, pets, etc.

I assumed he was after apartment addresses for rent.

We've sold a couple or 3 apartment complexes, but there is a stronghold on the market with a couple of brokerage's marketing some of the properties for sale here. (They won't let go and won't share commissions.)

So, as with anything not on our MLS, ask if/what they'll pay commission.
