I am finding a lot of investors are saving they money for the slam dunk deals from private owners, but they are flocking to reo properties like they are going out of style.

i guess their reason for buying reo properties is that they are hot, well i don't think so since banks are really discounted properties after sale like they are before the sale(auction).
