Hi Phil, the 1st thing I would recommend is to add commas in the price ie; $950,000 instead of $950000.

Get those indexes in place. I would prefer the descriptions were left justified instead of centered. Overall job well done.

The descriptions are justified left on my browsers. Can you please post a screen shot so I can see what it looks like on your end? Ill add an ALIGN LEFT to the row just in case tho.

I havent figured out the best way to add the commas, but I'll make sure that gets done.

Very nice!
I would change the tan bar on the address line to some other color - I'm not good with colors so have no suggestion, but on my laptop the color you have now makes the page look a little dingy instead of bright.

Still very complimentary of your efforts.

So I assume your also recommending the yellow bars on the detail page should be darker as well? or is it ok?

Everywhere the bar is it looks as if I am looking at a yellowed or old piece of paper. I would recommend using the light blue color of the menu column or the darker blue header color for that highlight bar throughout the site. You may want to get someone elses opinion on that, but I think it would look better that way.
